Yoga
Yoga is a way to get to know your body better. Through movement, you will make new connections between the body and mind.
How it works: I will guide you through gentle yin yoga, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra movement sequences to relax the body and mind.
Meditation
Meditation is a way to dive deeper into yourself to still the ego/busy mind, so you can find the answers you are seeking, all within yourself.
How it works: Meditation can take many forms. Together we will find the most appropriate style for you.
Massage/Bodywork
Over the years I did several different courses in different technics of massage,
And when doing the teacher training, I gained a good knowledge about the anatomy of human the body. In the years I made with all these different technics, intuition and energy work my own massage.
How it works:
The massage itself are different technics in one, combined with energy healing and intuition, I use pressure points on the body, deep tissue, and healing of energy.
After the massage you will feel rejuvenated, relaxed and reborn.
Trauma release exercises (TRE)
This is a somatic- or body-based practice for people suffering from stress, anxiety, trauma, or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
How it works: With a series of movements, we release tension and stress from the body.
Regression -hypnotherapy
Both focus on resolving significant past events that are interfering with your current mental and emotional status. By looking at these events, we can alter the emotions attached to them, giving them a place to resolve.
How it works: Using a series of different techniques, we bring the body into a state of ultimate relaxation to bypass the subconscious mind.
Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment that works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of other challenging symptoms. Specific eye positions are each linked to their own “brainspot,” an area of the mind that retains thoughts and emotions. Clients fixate on troubling brainspots to uncover hidden mental challenges. Brainspotting is a simultaneous form of diagnosis and treatment, enhanced with bilateral sound, which is deep, direct, and powerful.
