Inner Echoes

Sometimes we know exactly what is holding us back. At other times, we simply feel that something is not quite right.

You may have already done a lot of work on yourself. You may understand your patterns, your past and the reasons you respond the way you do — and yet still feel that something deeper has not shifted.

Because understanding is important, but healing does not happen through the mind alone.

Our experiences live within us in many ways. In our thoughts and emotions, but also in the body, in our nervous system, in the ways we protect ourselves and, in the patterns, we have developed throughout our lives.

My work is about creating a space where we can listen to all these layers.

Together, we explore what is asking for attention — not by forcing something to disappear or trying to become a “better” version of yourself, but by becoming more connected to the person who is already there underneath the noise.

My approach brings together the practical and the intuitive, the psychological and the embodied. Depending on what you need, our work may include hypnotherapy, regression, Brainspotting, TRE, Voice Dialogue, bodywork, meditation, yoga or other forms of embodied and energetic work.

I work only with approaches that I have studied deeply and, importantly, have experienced as part of my own journey.

There is no single method that works for everyone.

When we first meet, we talk. I listen to your story, where you are now and what you would like to explore. Together, we decide what way of working feels most appropriate for you.

Sometimes that means working with the mind.

Sometimes with the body.

And often, it is about creating a bridge between the two.

Throughout our work together, my intention is to offer a compassionate, grounded and confidential space where you can slow down, listen inwardly and begin to reconnect with yourself.

Not to become someone new. But to come closer to who you already are.

What I do:

– Yoga
– Meditation
– Massage/Bodywork
